WARNING! HOTEL WILL ROB YOUR ROOM! It saddens me to have to submit a complaint regarding my stay at Iberostar Cozumel, but I feel it may protect future victims of theft. I traveled with a group of six to Iberostar Cozumel and enjoyed a week of vacation. On the night before checking out, my room was robbed while my wife and I were at a dinner reservation on the resort. There was no sign of forced entry.
