I ordered a drill from Sears (http://www.sears.ca/product/craftsman-md-192-v-reversible-drill-driver-with-flashlight/609-000227850-22707). It arrived very worn and very used. It was extremely dirty, even the bag it arrived in was filthy! The box was old and falling apart! The tool had oil and rust all over it and it didn't work.
