I have purchased a fridge from LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd, Jaipur on 21.04.2011 .. Invoice no. 1533, from the day one the fridge is not in working condition some cooling problem. Call was logged for the same wide ref no. RNA110423016427 Dt 23.04.2011….. your engineer came and checked the fridge and provide suggestion to repairs the same from service centre… we were not agreed that time for repairs because this is manufacturing default and try to replace the same….
