FNB proved themselves to be the most uncooperative institution in my book. On three occasions I tried to get a solution for the fact that SA seems to be a party-prone, delinquent country where public holidays and weekends are the highlight of the majority of the workforce, and where no new technology are ever persued. This causes the whole banking sector to run debit orders very late into the next month, causing chaos and extra interest charges.
