I was told that our Chq. bounced and I should send a replacement cheque which I sent thru DTDC courier dated 10/05/2011 which was received by the security on 11/-5/2011 duly stamped and signed till date i.e 19/05/2011 the customer care are saying that they havent received it and they are asking me to send another cheque. they are not interested to find out why the chq has gone missing when it was received by their staff, and why should I be inconvinenced due to their carelessness, some one is not doing his/her job properly so why should I... read full review »
