I have purchased AVR255 amplifier (AN0085-27589) from Ali Bin Ali Group in QATAR on 2nd June 2010 and was assured for one year warranty (This was before Harman opened exclusive showroom in QATAR). Recently on 30th March 2011 sound output was not coming, then I have approached the same shop but they refused for repair and I was told the product is not under the warranty and directed me to LG/harman service centre.
