MTN offer poor service with regards to new contracts, I waited almost a month for my new contract (I submitted all the relevant docs in order). Made several follow ups during this period to a number that was constantly busy, or just rang (so much for customer service). Eventually was so frustrated I visited the store and was told "the forms were not submitted" and that it was to be done on the day I went to the store (co-incidence).
