To Whom It May Concern, I took my Blackberry Storm II to VodaWorld Repairs about 2weeks ago. I booked in the phone and gave all the faults with the device! Which was "Freezing, powering off, rattling speaker and Resetting" Now, I booked in the phone on Saturday the 07/05/2011. Then to be contact the next day 08/05/2011 at 10.00 to collect the phone.
