Dear Sirs, I am writing to regretfully complain about our return flight from Dubai to Glasgow on Thursday the 5th of May 2011. The airline was Emirates Airlines EK27 on a Boeing 777-300ER which departed from Dubai Intl Arpt, Dubai United Arab Emirates at 07:50, and arrived in Glasgow Intl., Glasgow United Kingdom on Thursday May 05 2011.
