Vodacom
Two weeks ago I had to get a SIM swap for my microsim. I was assured it would be processed in 24 hours. Guess what... it wasn't.
So I contact what we euphamistically call the 'support desk', and they tell me it was not processed properly and I have to go in to a store and do it again.
This is not the first time Vodacom has done this to me.
As this is THEIR mistake, not mine, it is up to Vodacom to fix this problem.
Do they really think it is okay for a paying customer to have to spend time and money to fix their mistake? Who the hell does vodacom think they are? read full review »
