I travelled from delhi to mumbai on Go Air flight in the month of January 2011. My 7 month baby at tha time was in a pram. I checked in the pram just before boarding the flight. But to my dismay i did not get the pram when i landed in Mumbai. the pram was lost. after hundreds of followups, bad customer relation people, no formal complain tracking mechanism, i have still not got the pram. My baby has grown up now but this loss of mine still remains. How do I recover this loss? I am surpised how as to how we were treated during and post this episode Avoid Go air wherever possible. you never know who will be the next passenger to be mistreated. read full review »
