On Friday I was left stranded at a garage after filling up with petrol because my Standard Bank Garage Card was declined - instinctively I thought I had run out of funds due to all the petrol increases. For the past 2 days I couldn't access internet banking. I placed a call this morning to the customer care division and they said ALL my accounts have been frozen because I am not FICA registered.
