I hired this company to help with a tenant who wasn't paying rent and wasn't letting me in when I decided to sell the condo. This company promised me the law was on my side and I would pay a fee, he would represent me at the tenant tribunal, and he would be evicted. It was all a lie! I went to the tribunal and we didn't even get before the judge! It was rescheduled. This company still charged me for the full fee and was rude and arrogant and said I had to pay extra fees if I wanted them to go back to the next tribunal meeting!... read full review »
