I was studying in Arignar Anna Arts College, Vadachennimalai Attur, Under Periyar University. English Literature course was beginning in 2003 as self finance course. In this course instead of History of England, computer paper like MS, C and HTML subject was added as allied paper. But now this course is not useless, if a student wants to select for a government job, he must studied pure English Literature other wise he wont be selected for any government post.
