I purchased a kenmore stove, black in color, and I had it since july 2009 and I only use it 9 months a year as i go to our cabin for three. In saying this when i was cleaning it, i noticed that there was a white spot on the back of the of the stove where the buttons are . when i rub my thumb on it, the paint peeled of in my hand. It is located where the steam comes out of the oven, when it is on.I am assuming that it is a manufacture defect.
