Had our furnace and ducts cleaned by this company June, 2010. Assumed that when we contracted them they would clean all of our vents. Discovered in Dec, 2010 that they missed 2. Called them, they advised they would do them when they were in our area (60 km from where they are located). I emailed them in April and May to enquire, got no response. Called them today and the don't know when or IF they will be in the area. Asked if they will refund the 2 vents and said no. Would definately not recommend them. read full review »
