I have NRE & NRO account with ICICI bank since 7 years. Things were fine and now recently their service is so bad, because they have enough number of customers and their name is good in the market and now they don’t care about the customers. Whenever I click the click to call facility, it shows a message that "Your request has been accepted and you will get a call within 5 minutes from ICICI bank" normally it takes 1 week at least to get the call if you are lucky and most of the time they don’t even bother to call.
