Beware of doing business with Milk Deco - run by Candice Brophy. She takes your money and then never delivers your order despite numerous promises when she does actually finally respond to the many voice mails and e-mails you leave for her. She promises one delivery date after the next and nothing is ever forthcoming. She then promises a refund which is also never forthcoming.
