Dear Sir, I' ve bought a hero honda spelndor plus bike on Sep-2010 from Chambal motors Kota after 2 month the bike seat getting totally damage and i told to manager he said that he will repair or replace seat without any charge but after some time manager has been changed and tomorrow i went for servicing of bike and sair to repair the seat but manager told me that this not comes in his scope.how can it possible one manager ready to repair/replace and another saying that it not comes in his scope.
