Reliance has deducted Rs.30/- from my a/c on 22/04/2011. I given complaint with customer care also. But still now they have not given my money back. They told that they have activated an pack by name "Life News". But until now i have not received any SMS alerts for that pack. They are cheating by mentioning that. They are making fake promises daily that your money will be given back but they are not acting on it. Please take serious action read full review »
