On May 25, 2011 at @ 2 pm AST I was forwarded to a Supervisor at Aeroplan as I was dissatisfied with information I had been told at booking and discrepancies between Airlines as to when I was told where to go tthrough Customs and length of time they had given me was not adequate enough to catch a connecting flight.
