In Sept of 2006, we legally contracted with Costa Rica Limited to purchase a home in Esterillos, Costa Rica. We made 3 payments totalling approximately $94, 000 before the house was started per the contract. Our home construction was to begin in January 2007, then July 2007. Costa Rica Limited never built our home due to issues with the lot size, ie. they promised us a home that would not fit on the lot we purchased. The owners promised our money refunded.
