I had made several requests/complaints/concerns regarding damage to car, defective battery and noise after change of part. The requests/complaints/concerns are not being addressed by HONDA/ its Dealer. The casual handling of matter and callous attitude is causing undue harassment and mental agony to the undersigned. At 13:35 hrs. again i had discussed the matter with HONDA 121. Concerned authorities at HONDA please ensure that requests/complaints/concerns are addressed immediately.
