On the 24 November 2010 we entered into a contract (IC0891885) with Vodacom on a special deal they had on the BlackBerry phones. This was a R99 per month package on a weekender plus. To upgrade to a better BlackBerry we paid in an additional R699 on the same package. Now I’m paying R240 per month for the contract alone, I’ve been to the store in Carnival Mall in Brakpan, NO HELP, absolute poor service.
