HI I am a customer receiving wireless internet from info gro in Brits we were ofline the whole weekend and after reporting it to their shop that sells computers as the tecnical and wireless department are nit open on a saturday i asked their shop to contact the manager and report that their are no signal i was informed that they do not have tecnicians on call after hours i feel this is a 24 hour service that this is ridiculous how can you provide wireless internet but no after hour service i thnk the consumer protections act must apply to this type of bussiness read full review »
