Vodacom

In March I moved into a comlex in Brentwood Park Benoni Auret Street, since then I have a network problem, and its not only me its my kids as well they all are on vodacom, apparently as per other residents in the complex this has been a problem since they moved in, I stayed 2km's down the street and never had a problem for 2 years. When you phone Vodacom they first want to blame the phone I am using and then the say get names and phone another numbers of other people who has this problem. Policy 828377249 ...On the 19th April I spoke to Duane Carelsen regarding a policy because the commision was high I told him not to put the policy through I need to get others quotes first, I confirmed this in a email which he replied ... not a problem. On the third of May they deducted money, he paid the charges and apologized. On the 20th May they deduct again, I called the call centre and was cut off three times. I emailed him no response.
