I have had a contract with this TOTALLY USELESS company for 2 years and have had exactly 4 months of happy service. When I was overseas I tried for 8 months to sort out a very basic request, with no joy. I sent emails backwards and forwards, no less than 35, lodged uncountable online requests, all of which were never acted upon.
