I am Mr E. J. Maasdorp i have a three cell c contracts i lost my phone and i am trying since 28/04/20011 to claim fom cell c cover insurance i did all the necessary requierments expexted from me like submitting all required docs . Im trying to contact them since the beginning of May 2011 the cell c customer care gave me a direct number to contact the insurance which is by the way a cell c insurance everytime i phone its difficult to get through to them.
