I 2have a Blackberry 8520 and the phone has frozen... I have been to the store 5 times and the last job no is 6743744-24304232 and the phone has been swopped twice ( under warranty ) with a recondition unit. Todate i have no phone and am unable to see clients. Surely someone out there cares ... Their solution is for me to take out another contract .. I need some advice. I current pay +- R1300 per month with no phone .. I NEED A SOLUTION !!! or is this how customers are treated? read full review »
