I received my phone upgrade a month and a half ago. It turned out to be faulty and I reported it the next morning. To this day, I'm still waiting for my phone. I've sent numerous e-mails and made numerous phone calls and I still can't find anyone that is willing to help me. I've even requested that my contract gets cancelled and still can't find anyone to assist me with that. read full review »
