Bill(charge ) of 12 Months Heating protection plan Claimed from tenant I would like to mention here that I was a tenant at above mentioned house from 01 Sep. 2010 to 28 Feb. 2011 and was paying monthly Enbridge gas charges bills coming in my name during that period.
