We have been no.4 on Trip Advisor for a long time and when we were no.1 it generated several very damaging reviews from jealous competitors. These reviews are clearly fake, such as "charging exorbitant prices for food", or "waitress not knowing anything about wine list". In such cases I write a reply asking the writer of the review to bring his bill for full refund, knowing that he could not do so.
