I have just received a call to say the Luton Van I required with tail lift is no available. I explained that it has taken them a week to tell me this and I have 2 days to sort out alternative, to be told "read the email, it is an acknowledgement not a confirmation" Funny how they called for my visa details after sending the acknowledgement! read full review »
