I have been filling petrol from this petrol bunk (Chellam Oil Agencies, 1, West Veli Street, Madurai) for the past 4 years. Later one day I noticed that the meter is being reset to the value in between filling of petrol & brought to the value of the petrol I have ordered, & have nearly short supplied more than a litre. And my bike was refilled again by the worker and told me not to make any problem.
