I received a check written on Fulton Bank, West Chester, Pa., 19380, in the amount of $4, 500 to cover the cost on taxes on my winnings of $450.000.00. I was to pay the lesser amount to my claims agent, Mark Martins @ 11-34-634-288 and Ann Smith is listed as the promotion manager. I contacted the bank in question and they confirmed that the check is bogus. read full review »
