After my phone was stolen i have been trying to successfully blacklist, report & claim ccover with cellc. They start out by telling me i had to do the blacklisting in store (a lie) faxed it to the wrong pre programmed no (something that head office is aware happens) & then tell me to be patient for 2 weeks before realising they had stuffed up. Then after filing the claim (eventually as the fax would not go through and having to stand on my head to get an email address) I get no response - my enquiry is 'escalated' by everyone at Cell... read full review »
