Hi, I was using Tata Photon Mobile Broadband Service at my mobile set " SAMSUNG METRO TV". On expiring my data usage validity i purchased new TATA Photon Mobile Broadband SIM. But internet not working. I contacted customer care/ visited TATA retail outlet several times. Even most of customer care not well educated about this plan and supporting Handset. But no resolution.
