Dear Sir, the reliance smart telecom provider cheated us. I am a reliance smart customer since last year. I have been found that from last month, my account balance for talk time regularly cut down. Everytime I phone to customer care, they said that in your mobile something is activated while I have not opted for that things. They merely cheated us. Whenever I recharged some amounts I found that I have no balance for any talk time. Please take the necessary action for my complaints. I will be grateful to u.
