I received very poor service from Telkom and my internet service which should have been working already has been delayed. After visiting telkom stores several times, it seems no one can resolve the issue and I still do not have my adsl password. The technician who installed my new line was rude and gave me a used modem which did not work. As a new customer telkom has treated me unfairly and at this rate it seems I will be paying for a service that I did not use. read full review »
