I tried to book a ticket in Red Bus portal from Bangalore to Chennai on 7 th May. But the booking system throwed an error and displayed that ticket could not be issued and refund will be done. But it is not done even after a month. I called and mailed the Customer Service at ([email protected]) My call charges are also in vain. I lost 500 Rs. in this transaction. read full review »
