Dear KIA CEO I would like to bring the following to your attention I bought a Kia Cerato Hatch 2 litre Auto from Kia Paarden Eiland. The sales were great, but now I have a few problems that needs to be sorted out and the dealership has no interest whatsoever in providing me with decent service. They dont respond, they dont come back to me, they just dont care. I have to do everything and nag and moan to get something done.
