Fake Fake Fake, They are "factory original" from China - Knock offs. And over priced considering they are fake. The service time is good and there are no additional fees for customs etc. So if you don"t care they are knock offs its maybe worth it. BUT... if you are looking for the proper performance from your equipment don't waste your money. I was so excited as I wanted the R11, it hit the real one and it was fantastic.
