I am on a working contract in Zambia, and have been paying the medical aid subs for my ex wife and children in South Africa where they reside. Amonth ago my ex wife emailed Resomed and asked them to change the banking details to mine so resomed could pay the claims direct to my account. After 3weeks of contacting them, they emailed to say that the bank detials were changed. I have emailed them on numerous occassions to let me know what claims have been sumbmitted and paid for...
