I bought a Renault Sandero 1.6 Cup in February 2011, from Renault Wonderwaters. when I received the car, I showed them a few things I want fixed on the car. 3 months later after contacting them weekly, they tell me that the person who sold the car to me is no longer in their service, and he didn't tell them about the problems I have.
