We purchased GROW LIGHTS from Lightsout Electrical, monies were paid R1650.27 on the 11 March 2011 for 2 Grow Lights. The goods that they sent was completely damaged. The damaged goods there returned to them on the 19 April 2011. To date he has not replaced or refunded us the money. We have sent 100's of emails ane he has now become abusive towards us.
