My blackberry (under warranty) broke. I phoned the only accredited BB repair shop in SA to ask whats wrong and what it would cost to fix it. They said if its the LCD only (due to hard impact), R850. I took the phone to vodacom because they provide the "free" service of sending it to this JHB place for technical review and an official quote. After 18 days I have heard nothing, go figure.
