Got this 2008 Outlander new, have always loved the auto. At 87000 km developed noise in differential. Service at the dealer was terrible, never returned calls. Set up a case file with head office, told to continue driving while awaiting for response from head office. Waited four days no calls. After many calls to dealer (always promising to call back) finally told to bring car in for test to be sent to head office. Test done told ok to continue driving (no problem to take on trip) Once again had to chase the dealer for return call. Finally... read full review »
