Dealing with the manager Natalie Kerr at the 427 Dundas GoodLife location was a horrible expierence!!! She has no customer service skills at all!!! I would not recommend this location to anyone and have already told my friends and family about the horrible service recieved at this location. Natalie Kerr is a manager who will lose alot of the gyms clients with her attitude. She was not welcoming at all and was yelling at me for the entire gym to hear, , , needless to say I left the gym in disgust and upset that I did not workout!!! I would not step foot in the 427 and Dundas location again as long as Natalie Kerr is the Manager there read full review »
