I have laid a formal complaint with Dis-chem in connection with one of their staff members that intimidated me in the store. I received a response from them in favor of their staff member. Firstly implying that I’m falsely accusing the guy and second off all implying that what he did was okay because I seemed to have been wrong. I’m very disappointed and intend on taking this further.
