I got problem with setup box and the following is the summary of how Relaince Big TV Customer care troubled me. 1. On June 4th 2011 I gave a complaint about my setup box and Service Request No is 154087891. 2. On June 6th 2011. No one attended to my issue and it was not solved. 3. On June 7th 2011 at 10:00pm i gave complaint about the same. 4. On June 8th 2011, I called customer care and they said it was in process. 5.
